Commission Process
1) Initial Contact (Discord or in game - Discord preferred)
2) Design Consultation - Visit in game plot, discuss available furniture vs needed furniture
3) Design Creation - Provides description of design to client along with itemized furniture list and furniture pricing quote for client approval (50% of base fee and 100% furniture/crafting fee due upon design approval)
4) Refine design if needed or proceed with pre-crafting
5) Build!
6) Client Approval + touch-ups (Remaining 50% base fee due upon final approval)
